Over 150 students joined our inaugural Public Health Careers Fair to explore career pathways and connect with professionals across the sector.
On 24 August 2026, the Melbourne Population School of Global Health Student Society (MPGHSS) hosted the inaugural Public Health Careers Fair in collaboration with the Australasian Epidemiological Association (AEA) and the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA). The event brought together more than 150 students from a range of public health backgrounds.
We would like to thank our wonderful speakers, Mariam Hachem and Melissa Russell, as well as Kevin Chan and Roheena Hamidi, for hosting the workshops and sharing their experiences and career insights with students.
