Subject Description

This subject addresses the complexities of environmental sustainability, emphasizing the need for cooperation across various sectors, institutions, and knowledge systems to achieve sustainable futures. It highlights the importance of partnerships across private, public, and non-profit sectors, as well as integrating local, national, and global perspectives, including Indigenous knowledge.

Students will develop critical thinking skills and professional competencies necessary to lead effective partnerships, focusing on how these collaborations can drive transformational change. The subject explores key questions about building, maintaining, and evaluating partnerships, the challenges professionals face, and strategies for successful collaboration in decision-making and environmental action.
